Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Regulatory Compliance Analyst in the Insurance Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product life cycle of personal lines products and develop policy forms and contracts
Research and analyze legal issues, competitor products, and market needs to make recommendations for product changes
Track, interpret, and implement laws and regulations relevant to property and casualty insurance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related experience
No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations required
Experience supporting operational functions in insurance, such as claims handling and billing
Knowledge of state regulatory statutes and laws, and market conduct exams
