Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement compliance procedures and guidelines in collaboration with team leaders
- Analyze compliance issues, consumer complaints, and state insurance department inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- One year of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or related field
- Experience in life insurance and annuity preferred
- LOMA or similar designations preferred
- Good knowledge of life insurance and annuity terminology and laws
