Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in the health insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of state laws and regulations affecting health insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Monitor and evaluate new legislation and regulatory guidance to assess their impact on the organization
• Draft summaries of regulatory updates and maintain compliance materials and databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the health insurance industry and CMS regulatory compliance
• Experience tracking state and federal legislative and regulatory activity
• Understanding of the health care business and delivery process
• Strong sense of ethics
