Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret regulations and provide compliance analysis to ensure adherence to state and federal requirements
• Identify and analyze potential regulatory issues, responding to inquiries and maintaining a database of cases
• Prepare documentation for legal actions and present recommendations based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 1 year of experience in a regulatory, compliance, or customer service role
• Preferred experience with claims and service systems
• Ability to analyze data and trends effectively
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
