Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Remote) - Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, generating comprehensive written responses
• Identify potential volatile activity through data analysis and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide accurate information and responses
• Prepare detailed documentation for legal actions, collecting and summarizing data and trends to present recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 1 year of experience in a regulatory, compliance, or customer service role
• Preferred experience with claims and service systems and business rules by product and platform
