Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Banking).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and assist with compliance-related initiatives
• Conduct compliance testing and provide summary reports on findings
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance of forms, disclosures, and marketing materials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of two to six years of progressively advancing financial institution experience with regulatory compliance responsibilities, depending on the level
• Regulatory compliance certification preferred for higher levels
• Experience with compliance testing preferred
• Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting financial institutions is required
