Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for customer-facing regulatory requirements and communication
• Perform in-depth account reviews and respond to customer complaints across multiple channels
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex compliance issues and optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Compliance, Fraud, AML, Risk, or related fields within a regulated industry
• Ability to conduct in-depth investigations for complex and sensitive situations
• Proficiency in tools such as G-Suite, Salesforce, and KYC & geolocation tooling
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience in a customer-facing role in Sportsbook and Casino is a plus
