Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the evaluation and monitoring of transactions for compliance, the contract Regulatory Compliance Analyst will work remotely to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor communication channels for transaction requests and provide guidance on next steps
• Assist stakeholders in preparing documentation for regulatory review and maintain monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Review and update internal procedures to align with current regulatory requirements and support process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in finance, compliance, or regulatory reporting
• Demonstrated experience with Regulation W and oversight of affiliated transactions
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
