Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and maintenance of insurance products and compliance processes, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst will collaborate with various business areas to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations while working in a hybrid environment based in Omaha, NE.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the review and implementation of insurance policy forms and regulatory filings to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives
• Research and analyze legislative and regulatory changes to assess impacts on insurance products and operational practices
• Participate in compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory inquiries, coordinating information gathering and responses

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in insurance, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex information and make sound recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
