Regulatory Compliance Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst III - Government Programs (Medicare/Medicaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze federal and state laws impacting government programs and communicate updates to relevant business areas
• Provide guidance in developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Coordinate compliance audits and assist with onboarding new government program customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managed care setting
• Minimum 5 years' experience with managed care laws impacting Medicare Advantage and/or managed Medicaid
• Experience in regulatory affairs or operations of HMOs and Managed Care Organizations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage guidelines and state regulations applicable to Managed Medicaid
