Regulatory Compliance Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst III - Workers Comp and Commercial Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze federal and state laws affecting workers' compensation, auto, and commercial program operations
• Provide support and guidance in developing policies and procedures for legal and regulatory compliance
• Secure and maintain all required operational licenses and conduct internal audits for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managed care setting
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs and/or operations of managed care organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and SharePoint
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal workers' compensation and commercial managed healthcare regulations
