Regulatory Compliance Associate

Job Summary

Preparing plan documents and regulatory filings, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Associate will work remotely to support the Defined Contributions team while exercising initiative and independent judgment under the supervision of senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare plan documents, amendments, resolutions, policies, SPDs, and SMMs for the Defined Contributions team
• Handle certain IRS/DOL filings and corrections
• Provide research and consulting support on regulatory, legislative, and compliance items

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with expertise in retirement plan documents and strong knowledge of 401(k) plans
• ERISA Paralegal certification preferred
• Experience with FIS Relius documents is a plus
• QKC certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
