Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, and market needs, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Develop and maintain policy forms and communications, managing timelines for research, development, filing, and implementation
• Prepare forms filings per state requirements and track regulatory changes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Legal background is helpful
• Knowledge of standard personal lines insurance programs
• Property and Casualty Insurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Early career professional status
