Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, and market needs while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Develop and maintain policy forms and communications, managing timelines for research, development, filing, and implementation
• Prepare forms filings in accordance with state requirements and track regulatory changes to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Legal background is helpful
• Knowledge of standard personal lines programs of insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Property and Casualty experience
• Early career professional level
