Regulatory Compliance Director

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Regulatory Compliance Director, the successful candidate will oversee regulatory programs for prediction markets, ensuring compliance with industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and communications to regulatory bodies
• Oversee investigations into potential compliance violations and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Develop and execute regulatory compliance strategies in partnership with senior leaders to support business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance or market regulation
• Deep knowledge of derivatives or financial market regulations, particularly with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
• Experience leading regulatory investigations and managing compliance reporting requirements
• Familiarity with market surveillance platforms and compliance monitoring tools
