Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Expert, North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for chemical management regulatory activities across U.S. States and Canadian regulations
• Manage complex compliance obligations and lead cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Monitor regulatory changes and conduct impact assessments, while providing training to stakeholders on compliance matters

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of compliance work experience with U.S. State and/or Canada CEPA regulations
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field
• Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions
• Experience with SAP and project management tools
• Ability to support a complex product portfolio for an international company
