Job Summary

Serving as a key coordination point, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Operations Liaison will interpret regulatory updates, support compliance activities, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interprets regulatory updates and translates them into actionable guidance for Clinical Operations and related teams
• Partners with operational leaders to assess workflows against established policies and recommends process improvements
• Coordinates and supports state-level utilization review appeals and manages regulatory inquiries, ensuring timely responses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Licenses as needed for compliance and regulatory functions
