Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory & Labeling Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance in product development from concept to launch
• Own and approve ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and Nutrition Facts Panels for all products
• Lead regulatory review and approval of packaging artwork to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in food regulatory affairs and labeling compliance within CPG
• Strong knowledge of FDA, FSMA, USDA, NLEA, FALCPA, and food labeling regulations
• Proven experience leading regulatory review of packaging artwork and ensuring labeling compliance
• Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, ingredient functionality, and formulation practices
