Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the compliance program across Global Review Services, including IRB and IBC
• Develop and implement quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Lead internal regulatory compliance audits and assist with accreditation and certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant science or engineering
• Seven or more years of IRB/IBC or related Human Research Protection Program experience
• Leadership experience with evidence of developing people and leading improvement activities
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and IRB/IBC Management systems
• CIP Certification preferred
