Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to coordinate and lead regulatory compliance activities across all sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical support for regulatory and accreditation compliance, including survey readiness and risk action plans
  • Assist in developing and managing compliance initiatives, collaborating with leadership and staff
  • Analyze new regulatory requirements and lead initiatives to ensure compliance throughout the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and/or Quality Measurement/Improvement required
  • Experience with health information technology and electronic health records required
  • Experience managing quality/process improvement projects required
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly related to oncology and/or palliative care, preferred
