A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full permit lifecycle for large-scale OSP projects, including various types of permits
• Lead communication and negotiation with local, state, and federal permitting authorities for approvals
• Guide the preparation of high-quality permit packages and conduct in-depth reviews of relevant documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in OSP/fiber or utility permitting with multi-jurisdictional applications
• Proven success working with permitting agencies at various governmental levels
• Deep knowledge of joint-use policy, NESC, municipal codes, and utility regulations
• Hands-on experience with PLA, MRE, and traffic control plans
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Google Earth/KMZ, Microsoft Excel, and GIS platforms
