Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory activities and assess the impact of changes on policies and procedures
• Manage the compliance regulatory change management program and document updates
• Prepare compliance reports and collaborate with stakeholders to align compliance strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial institution, with at least 3 years in risk management or compliance
• Experience with regulatory change management and compliance risk assessment
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending operations and relevant federal and state regulations
• Proficiency with compliance monitoring tools and regulatory tracking systems
