Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Regulatory Reporting & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EPR regulatory compliance and mapping state regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain material reporting categories and guidance across states
• Support the creation of producer guidance materials and conduct regulatory analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, sustainability, environmental science, or related discipline
• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in EPR program implementation
• Knowledge of packaging regulatory landscape, including labeling and transportation regulations
• Experience with statutory and regulatory interpretation and compliance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
