Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Manager - First Line of Defense (1LOD) Regulatory Compliance Advisory, this full-time position will drive regulatory compliance activities for U.S. Commercial Card and Payments businesses, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and internal policies while providing proactive guidance to business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a regulatory compliance advisor for U.S. commercial card and payments products, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and controls across the customer lifecycle
• Monitor compliance risk metrics and support regulatory exam readiness and issue remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or governance within a financial institution
• Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks including UDAAP, Regulation Z, and GLBA
• Experience supporting regulatory exams and conducting compliance risk assessments
• Solid understanding of customer lifecycle risks across payments or lending products
• Ability to effectively translate regulatory requirements into practical business controls
