Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Enabling innovation and accelerating product launches, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Manager will embed regulatory compliance into the product development process while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, market-ready bread, in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with R&D, quality/food safety, marketing, and operations to ensure regulatory compliance from product concept through launch
• Own and approve ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and Nutrition Facts Panels for all products
• Lead regulatory review and approval of packaging artwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labeling regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in food regulatory affairs and labeling compliance within CPG
• Strong knowledge of FDA, FSMA, USDA, NLEA, FALCPA, and food labeling regulations
• Proven experience leading regulatory reviews of packaging artwork
• Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and ingredient functionality
