Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Services/Regulatory & Compliance Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and filing of new Commercial Lines products and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Manage and maintain Commercial Lines Products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements
• Analyze regulatory changes and provide technical advice for policy issuance systems

Required Qualifications

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of knowledge relating to the State Filings process for both proprietary and bureau lines of business
• Experience in property and casualty products, product management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products and policy language
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
