Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to assist in developing and executing compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise contract filings to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements
• Research and interpret statutes and regulations to address regulatory compliance questions
• Conduct internal and external compliance reviews and audits, identifying necessary improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
• 4 years of job-related work experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of job-related work experience
• 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, and/or legal
• 2 years of experience in contract analysis and preparation
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
