Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Specialist to support privacy regulations and healthcare compliance in a digital health environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Privacy Program by providing guidance on privacy laws and conducting Privacy Impact Assessments
• Assist with healthcare compliance activities and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting services
• Draft and update compliance documentation and manage data subject requests processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in privacy or healthcare compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and U.S. privacy laws
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance
• Experience with audits, accreditation, or compliance program development is a plus
• Certifications such as CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or CIPM are desirable
