Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for card network compliance
• Assist in managing disputes and chargeback processes in accordance with Visa/Mastercard rules
• Track and document consumer complaints related to regulatory obligations and contribute to reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within a financial institution or fintech
• Foundational knowledge of Visa and/or Mastercard operating rules
• Basic familiarity with Regulation E, Regulation Z, and UDAAP principles
• Bachelor's degree required
• Collaborative working style with the ability to engage across various teams
