Job Summary
Coordinating and managing responses to external regulatory audits and investigations, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist will lead projects involving various oversight entities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordinator for external audit and regulatory requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manage multiple concurrent requests, establishing documented workplans, timelines, and tracking progress to meet deadlines
- Prepare and organize response packages, including data files and supporting documentation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Three or more years of experience in healthcare audit, regulatory response, or compliance required
- Direct experience with government or regulatory requests from entities such as MFCU or OIG strongly preferred
- Experience managing audits or information requests involving healthcare documentation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting preferred
