Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting product development and compliance initiatives, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist will ensure adherence to US regulations for health products, review health claims, and communicate regulatory concerns to cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with applicable US regulations and internal policies for health products
• Review and analyze the accuracy of health claims and ingredient qualifications
• Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance to support product development and marketing efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in the food and dietary supplements regulatory environment
• Deep understanding of product composition, ingredient qualification, and labeling regulations
• Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
