Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on products to Counsel team and business partners
• Support regulatory inquiries from federal regulatory authorities and bank partners
• Identify risk areas and develop systems to manage them at a product and enterprise-risk level

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in law firm, financial services regulatory agency, or inhouse
• Experience with FinTech, lending, and banking issues
• High degree of comfort with technology and understanding of its application to business and regulatory problems
• JD and active membership with Bar of resident state and/or California Bar or New York Bar
• Experience handling regulatory matters and relationships with relevant regulators
