Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze legal risks and regulatory requirements for new products and technologies
Lead the regulatory licensing process and project manage teams to obtain key licenses
Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries from relevant authorities

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
2+ years of experience in a law firm setting
Experience engaging with financial regulators
Experience drafting and negotiating fintech and financial services agreements
Startup experience, particularly in tech or crypto, is a plus
