Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their Ethics and Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on US export control and sanctions compliance, as well as EU/UK regulations for AI cloud infrastructure services
• Provide legal guidance on restricted party screening and regulatory risks associated with business partner onboarding
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting technology exports and advise on compliance processes and policies

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to apply complex regulations to business operations
• Experience in a highly regulated, high-growth, or global technology environment is a plus
• Familiarity with encryption classifications is an advantage
