Regulatory Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director and Senior Counsel, Regulation and Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the rule filing process, including drafting and submitting filings to the SEC
• Oversee and mentor junior attorneys in the rule filing process
• Advise business and product development personnel on regulatory matters and the LTSE Rulebook

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the SEC, an exchange/SRO, or a law firm
• Proven experience with the 19b-4 filing process and rule drafting
• Exceptional organizational skills, adaptable to a fast-paced start-up culture
• Experience in regulatory and industry meetings
• Ability to research and interpret complex SEC and SRO rules and regulations
