Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provides risk assessments and counsel on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Assists in identifying and resolving regulatory matters for business development and operations teams
• Monitors changes in relevant regulatory areas and provides education on those changes to personnel and compliance teams

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor of Law degree
• Minimum of five years of experience providing healthcare regulatory advice
• Licensed as an attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. State
