Regulatory Counsel - CA Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team, focusing on healthcare delivery and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review training materials, legal advice, contracts, policies, and procedures
• Perform and analyze legal research on regulatory compliance and healthcare laws
• Advise hospital teams on regulatory and compliance matters impacting care delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active Bar license in California, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, Nevada, or Hawaii
• 3-5+ years of regulatory experience in healthcare settings
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as FDA, HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback
• Experience in hospital operations, clinical settings, and credentialing
