Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to serve as a key in-house advisor across regulatory compliance, privacy, and new product functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary in-house advisor on financial services regulation and support bank partner relationships on compliance matters
  • Manage ongoing Terms of Service updates and oversee privacy tools and compliance initiatives
  • Provide legal support for product launches and partner with various teams on regulatory assessments throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably in fintech or regulated financial services
  • 2+ years of law firm experience
  • Hands-on experience with financial services regulations and privacy laws
  • Familiarity with legal operations tools is a plus
