Regulatory Forms Manager

Job Summary

Managing the lifecycle of regulatory forms, the full-time Regulatory Forms Manager will oversee form development, ensure compliance with legal standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end form development lifecycle, including drafting, approval, and state filing
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define form requirements and validate operational feasibility
• Develop and manage processes for form intake, tracking, and governance to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field, or completion of an ABA approved paralegal certification program
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, preferably in the service contract or insurance sector
• Proven experience with state filings and managing regulatory inquiries
• Strong drafting skills for service contracts and insurance policy documents
• Highly autonomous with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
