Regulatory Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the maintenance of regulatory compliance, the full-time Analyst, Regulatory Governance will assist with governance activities, track deliverables, and prepare documentation and reports in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the new Reliance Model through coordination, documentation, and execution tracking
• Assist with execution of the Reliance Model Questionnaire and monitor business-unit alignment with minimum standards
• Prepare recurring reports and status updates to enhance awareness of regulatory change management activities

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory advisory, risk management, or related financial services role preferred
• Foundational understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance risks
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant coursework or certification in compliance, risk management, business, or law is a plus
• Familiarity with governance frameworks or operational risk management concepts preferred
• Demonstrated ability to support project execution, including status tracking and documentation
