Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze regulatory developments and their potential impact on clients' operations
• Develop knowledge base articles and provide actionable regulatory insights to clients
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related roles within financial services
• Strong expertise in CFTC, SEC, and Canadian regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience as a compliance subject matter expert
• Experience in regulatory implementation projects with technology and product teams
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
