Regulatory Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

To support the organization's regulatory functions, the full-time salaried Regulatory Intelligence Manager will establish and lead the Regulatory Intelligence program, focusing on regulatory monitoring, requirement management, and stakeholder engagement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Regulatory Intelligence function, maintaining a centralized repository of regulatory requirements and developing standardized processes for monitoring and implementation
• Engage with business units to assess regulatory support needs, creating resources and tools to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes
• Build and maintain relationships with state agencies and regulatory bodies, serving as a regulatory subject matter expert and supporting organizational readiness for audits and assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated experience in consumer-directed services, Medicaid, and long-term services and supports programs
• Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory guidance and operationalize requirements
• Experience in building relationships with state regulatory agencies and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Minimum of 2 years in regulatory compliance or related fields within a Financial Management Services organization, with some people management experience
