Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Regulatory & Legislative Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and provide advice on regulations governing employee health & welfare benefit plans
• Implement strategies to educate and deliver Regulatory & Legislative Strategy resources to team members
• Oversee partnerships with vendors for employee health and welfare benefit compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of applicable benefits experience focused on benefits compliance
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Employee Benefits Regulatory & Legislative background (preferred)
• Experience in writing, reviewing, and analyzing complex laws and regulations
• Ability to manage workflow and adapt to changing priorities
