Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Lending Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on consumer protection laws and lending regulations
• Support regulatory inquiries from federal authorities and bank partners
• Identify risk areas and develop procedures to manage them

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience in law firm, financial services, or inhouse with lending advisory experience
• Experience with FinTech, lending, and banking issues
• Prior relationships with relevant regulators at federal and state agencies
• JD and active membership with Bar of resident state and/or California Bar or New York Bar
• High comfort with technology and understanding of its application to business and regulatory problems
