Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Licensing Specialist to support the Legal & Corporate Affairs Regulatory Licensing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and track license applications
• Manage agent affiliations and ensure continuing education compliance
• Update and maintain tracking sheets in Excel and Smartsheets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience working in compliance or similar enterprise systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information and pass a background check
• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Able to quickly learn new systems and processes
