Regulatory Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Filing Analyst II - ACA/Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and submit annual QHP and Off-Exchange product filings for assigned states
• Monitor regulatory guidance, analyze requirements, and provide support to cross-functional departments
• Act as the primary contact with regulators and manage relationships regarding commercial filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare, Political Science/Pre-Law, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of regulatory experience, including product regulatory filings (CMS and/or State DOI)
• Experience preferred in commercial health insurance
• Ability to understand regulations and business needs for multiple states
• Experience with regulatory filing research and process improvement
