Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Regulatory Operations to join their Legal Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage required annual QHP filings with state regulators and CMS, ensuring regulatory approval
Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as a subject matter expert for filing deliverables
Develop sustainable processes for high-quality deliverables and manage projects to support filings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
4+ years of healthcare industry experience in the health plan/managed care space
2+ years of SERFF, HIOS, and/or MPMS experience
Demonstrated project management skills
