Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Associate to join their Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of required annual QHP filings with state regulators and CMS
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with regulatory agencies and state-based exchanges
• Serve as an advisor to teams to ensure accurate completion of filing deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules, and regulations (bonus)
