Regulatory Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, UM Regulatory Operations to join their Regulatory Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring on-time completion and stakeholder engagement
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret and apply new regulations, ensuring compliance across UM operations

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare Utilization Management operations or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance activities, including Mental Health Parity and NCQA surveys
• 2+ years of experience in project management or process improvement initiatives
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory implementation and workflow design
