Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the tracking, analysis, and evaluation of local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage staffing activities, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with mandates by collaborating with various departments and maintaining auditable business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in an IT or business role within a health insurance or regulatory compliance environment
• 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience
• Understanding of federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare payor industry and insurance regulation
